5/28/20 Update

Land O Lakes Update on Covid-19 Virus

Driving Range has been reopened and we are now allowing public play without a member having to be present.

With North Carolina currently in Phase 2 of reopening, Land O Lakes will continue to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests with the following restrictions in place:

We have removed all rakes from bunkers and ask that golfers smooth areas with their feet after playing

Maximum of 10 People in the Clubhouse at any time

We ask that flagsticks remain in while putting on all greens.  We have added stoppers to the bottom of the flags to make ball retrieval easier

All carts are wiped down and sanitized after the round

One player per cart unless the second person is a family member from the same household or under the age of 16.  Carts will be first come first serve.  As always tee times will be honored before walk in guests so please call ahead.

Tee times will be spaced every 10 minutes to help minimize traffic around the clubhouse and patio areas.

All sand bottles will be removed from carts

Bottle/Can drinks, beer and snacks will be the only available food and beverage in the clubhouse.  We will not be reinstalling the water fountain at the on course restrooms until a to be determined date.

Ball washers will be removed from the course

We ask that members and guests please remove the trash from their carts when finished and place in the trash cans at the cart return to help limit exposure to our employees.

Toss-up groups and Tuesday Seniors will no longer be walk-in and sign up. While we will still hold the tee times for these groups, YOU MUST SIGN UP THE DAY BEFORE UNDER ONE OF THOSE TEE TIMES.  This is unfortunately necessary due to the popularity of these groups to limit the number of people gathered at one time.

Tuesday seniors must sign up by 3PM Monday.  You may call back after 5PM for your tee time.  I will not be flexible on this rule as we can not have a gathering of over 10 people.

We ask that players show up 15-20 minutes before their tee time to check in and be ready at the first tee on time.  Please do not come earlier to "hang around" and wait for your partners.

We are very appreciative on the continued support from our members and guests.  We hope that you realize we are doing this for the safety and well-being of our guests while still providing an outlet to get out of the house during these difficult times.  We ask that you please follow these guidelines so that we may remain open and offering you the opportunity to play.  Remember to maintain 6+ feet from your friends and playing companions at all times!

Thank You!
